Job Title: Lead Account Manager

Veolia North America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships in the Kansas City, MO market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand and maintain customer accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to resolve customer issues and inquiries.

  • Partner with customers to identify and solve complex water treatment challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales in the water process/treatment field or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
