Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison for the client and the consumer by attending all direct meetings with current and prospective clients.
  • Utilize a positive track record of multi-state and international account management to maintain positive business relationships.
  • Conduct ongoing territory research to maximize client and product exposure.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to provide solutions and answer client inquiries.
  • Attend quarterly seminars for ongoing training and skill development.
  • Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned.
  • Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach.
Requirements
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role.
  • An Associates Degree or some college courses completed is preferred.
  • The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities.
  • A high degree of professionalism and reliability.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot.
