The Role
As a Senior Program Manager within the Employee Experience Program Management Office [EX PMO], you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders from Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design, oversee, and expand essential initiatives, processes, and operations. The ideal candidate will possess remarkable operational and program management expertise, coupled with a strong ability to lead transformative change. You will be proactive in addressing business needs and identifying operational gaps, always ready to engage in the details. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR Business Partners [HRBPs] to enhance and standardize the delivery of vital HR programs and initiatives to organizational leaders. Identify, design, implement, and scale improvements in processes and technology to boost HRBP efficiency and productivity. Work alongside Centers of Excellence [COEs] on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment of resources with the defined vision and strategy, and facilitating clear and consistent implementation of programs and processes. Develop and manage dashboards, ad hoc reports, and insights on key employee metrics to illustrate business impact. Lead special initiatives that support EX PMO priorities, promoting effective portfolio management, prioritization, collaboration, and communication across the organization.

Qualifications for Success:

Over 10 years of experience in program management or operations, ideally within the HR sector. Exceptional capability to manage complex operations and guide teams through significant change initiatives. Proven experience in designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes and programs. Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, aligning diverse perspectives, and advising senior stakeholders. Strong critical thinking skills to decompose large problems into manageable components, leveraging data for insights. High level of judgment and integrity, complemented by excellent decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to learn, grow, and adapt to evolving business needs. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, along with a basic technical understanding to effectively engage with technical teams.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various geographic markets, with pay differing based on these defined markets. The salary range for this position is $128,700 -- $235,100 annually, varying by work location and dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Specific salary details can be discussed during the hiring process.

Additionally, certain roles may qualify for long-term incentives in the form of new hire equity awards.
