SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary:

TEKsystems is seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program Manager to join our team. As a member of our S4H Program Team, this Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the PMO team, and program leadership on the successful delivery of the program to transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and collaborate with cross-functional teams, the PMO team, and program leadership on the successful delivery of the program.
  • Manage program governance, including program advisory board, operating committee, and steering committee scheduling, planning, execution, actions, and communications.
  • Operate as a triage lead to accelerate discussions, actions, and decisions for top priority items in collaboration with vendor partners and client.
  • Support coordination of work efforts and management of critical path key dependencies.
  • Work with business and technical resources to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program in order to move delivery forward.
  • Drive resolution of risks, issues, and decisions, and escalate to governance forums as needed.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs)
  • Experience managing projects from requirements gathering and design, development across multiple Scrum Teams, preparation and execution of Testing, go-live preparation, and transition to support activities
  • Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, monitoring project scope and progress to plan
  • Must be a quick learner who can connect the dots
  • Personality and presence to interact effectively with team members through executive-level stakeholders
  • Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
  • Proven ability to manage complex project plans, scope, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder communication, staffing, risks, and issues
  • Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and proactive problem solver, self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments
  • Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office Excel, and PowerPoint (Workfront experience is a plus)
