Position Overview

You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global setting, are eager to learn and adapt as the organization progresses, and consistently prioritize the needs of both the team and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to enhance and standardize the delivery of essential HR programs and initiatives to organizational leaders. Identify, design, implement, and scale process and technological enhancements to boost HRBP efficiency and productivity. Work alongside Centers of Excellence (COEs) on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment of resources with the defined vision and strategy, and facilitating clear and consistent implementation of programs and processes. Develop and manage dashboards, ad hoc reports, and insights on key employee metrics that demonstrate impact on the organization. Lead special initiatives to support EX PMO priorities, driving effective portfolio management, prioritization, collaboration, and communication across the organization.

Qualifications for Success:

Over 10 years of experience in program management or operations, ideally within the HR sector. Exceptional capability to manage complex operations and guide teams through transformational change initiatives. Proven experience in designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes and programs. Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, aligning diverse perspectives, and advising and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong critical thinking skills to deconstruct substantial problems into manageable components, utilizing data to extract insights. Excellent judgment and integrity, with strong decision-making capabilities. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail. Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded responsibilities as business needs evolve. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, along with a basic technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical teams.

Our compensation structure reflects the labor costs across various geographic markets, and we offer different pay scales based on these defined markets. The salary range for this position is $128,700 to $235,100 annually, with variations based on work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
