Talent Acquisition Specialist - Healthcare

ERP International is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts within the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive recruitment support throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sourcing, evaluating, credentialing, and onboarding a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including Physicians, Nurses, Ancillary staff, and Medical Administrative personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all assigned healthcare job postings
  • Maintain job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate progress notes and updates
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing recruitment needs
  • Screen applications to ensure alignment with job qualifications
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, follow-ups, and closure
  • Collect and verify core credentialing documents
  • Validate candidate references
  • Create candidate profiles for submission
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and stakeholders
  • Facilitate incumbent capture and processing
  • Network within the industry to cultivate leads
  • Encourage current staff and clients to provide referrals
  • Conduct market salary analysis pre- and post-sales
  • Participate in career fairs and trade shows as needed
  • Maintain daily communication with Hiring Managers regarding requisition statuses and candidate progress

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a government contracting context
  • Familiarity with the Federal RFP/RFQ process and Performance Work Statements
  • Strong understanding of the staffing market, including services, competitors, technologies, and trends
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
