Nox Group is in search of dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants to enhance our vibrant Recruiting Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying outstanding candidates for essential roles, contributing to a range of exciting and complex projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for both professional and field personnel at a local level, which includes:
  • Facilitating the requisition intake process directly with hiring managers, ensuring accurate profile alignment.
  • Developing sourcing strategies utilizing direct recruitment methods and traditional advertising techniques, including cold outreach, direct communication, participation in industry events, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo.
  • Conducting cultural and technical screening processes, employing behavioral-based interviews and utilizing assessment tools to ensure job fit.
  • Managing the offer negotiation process, including presenting offers and facilitating acceptance.
  • Effectively tracking candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers, executive leadership, and support teams.
  • Organizing and participating in recruitment events as needed.
  • Building and maintaining industry relationships through networking and peer engagement.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Providing market insights and interview feedback to leadership.
  • Assisting in the development of recruitment marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the AEC sector, ideally with a General or Specialty contractor, or a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate effectively, take initiative, and ensure follow-through.
  • Experience in managing candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment activities.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools during the interview process.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing professional relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in college recruiting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education/Certifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition will be considered.
