- Data Management: Maintain precise and current recruitment records, delivering regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter, ideally within the energy sector or a related field.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of technical roles and specific industry requirements in the energy sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Contract Duration: This position is contractual with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.
