Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all assigned healthcare job postings
  • Maintain job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System, including updates and progress notes
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing needs
  • Screen applications to ensure alignment with job qualifications
  • Initiate contact with candidates, conduct follow-ups, and manage close-out processes
  • Collect and verify core credentialing documents
  • Validate candidate references
  • Create candidate profiles for submission
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Facilitate incumbent capture and processing
  • Network within the industry to generate leads
  • Solicit referrals from current staff and clients
  • Conduct market salary analysis
  • Participate in career fairs and trade shows as needed
  • Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers regarding requisition statuses
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience, preferably in a Government contracting context
  • Familiarity with the Federal RFP/RFQ process and Performance Work Statements
  • Comprehensive understanding of the staffing market, including services, competitors, and trends
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Additional Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines and deliver quick turnaround times
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
