Responsabilités
  • Identifier et attirer des candidats en utilisant diverses méthodes, y compris les sites d'emploi, les réseaux sociaux et le réseautage.
  • Réaliser des entretiens de présélection initiaux pour évaluer l'adéquation des candidats.
  • Collaborer avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre les exigences des postes et développer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces.
  • Gérer le processus de recrutement de la recherche à l'intégration, en veillant à offrir une expérience positive aux candidats.
  • Maintenir une base de données à jour des candidats et suivre les progrès à l'aide de notre système de suivi des candidatures (ATS).
  • Fournir des mises à jour régulières et des rapports sur les activités et les progrès du recrutement.
  • Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur et des meilleures pratiques en matière de recrutement.
  • Prioriser les tâches et maintenir d'excellentes pratiques de documentation pour entretenir notre base de données.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations avec des organisations de recrutement, des organisations de salons de l'emploi et des organisations de transition militaire.
