Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to internal employees, drafting tickets, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone support to internal employees, resolving issues and escalating when necessary
  • Manage tickets in our ticket portal, ensuring timely resolution and closure
  • Travel locally to other locations to perform hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk or Service Desk role, with a focus on phone support
  • Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, including Windows 10 and remote software
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comptia and Microsoft certifications a plus
