We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to internal employees, drafting tickets, and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone support to internal employees, resolving issues and escalating when necessary
- Manage tickets in our ticket portal, ensuring timely resolution and closure
- Travel locally to other locations to perform hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk or Service Desk role, with a focus on phone support
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, including Windows 10 and remote software
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comptia and Microsoft certifications a plus
