Distribution Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to expand our Distribution business in the Bay Area, CA.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets through the Distribution network, driving growth and revenue expansion.
- Prospect and qualify Design Registration opportunities with distribution contacts, establishing strong relationships and closing deals.
- Manage customer relationships to achieve sales goals and meet customer objectives, delivering exceptional account management and customer service.
- Engage with distributors and resolve customer problems to ensure successful sales activities, promoting a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the factory team to drive success, sharing expertise and resources to achieve common goals.
- Provide regular updates on forecast information, account status, and sales opportunities to the factory, ensuring timely insights and feedback.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in a high technology hardware company, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with distributors and manufacturing representatives, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Strong selling skills and ability to meet sales goals, with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and interface effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, building trust and rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Willingness to travel as required to support sales goals (less than 50% domestic travel), representing the company and promoting its interests.
