Business Development Manager Job Description

RFC Wireless, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of two-way radio sales, customer relationship management, and project management principles.

RFC Wireless, Inc. is a leading provider of private two-way radio solutions in the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Sacramento Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and performance
  • Pursue new business opportunities and engage existing clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the two-way radio industry
  • Experience with Motorola MOTOTRBO radio sales is a plus
  • Strong understanding of office computer software (QBO, TSheets, Microsoft Office, Asana, Google Workspace)
  • Valid CA Drivers License and clean DMV record
