Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Ohm Systems, Inc. This role focuses on cultivating and expanding relationships with key clients within the telecommunications industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential and foster long-term partnerships with enterprise clients.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for our services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional service.
  • Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address any challenges or concerns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in managing enterprise-level accounts within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
