About This Role

As a Digital Product Manager at Capital Group, you will lead a small team of experienced professionals in delivering high-quality digital products that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in enterprise web content management systems will be instrumental in guiding the team's prioritization and management of the product backlog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and supporting professional development.
  • Content Authoring and Delivery: Lead the hands-on delivery of web content authoring and publishing via an enterprise content management system in support of Capital's flagship thought leadership experience.
  • Product Backlog Management: Work closely with senior manager, global stakeholders, and functional partners to define and prioritize features and enhancements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring ongoing management and optimization of team velocity and throughput.
  • Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for digital product and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (6 – 8 years minimum) in the development and launch of digital product/solution strategy, roadmap, and execution, with a significant percentage of experience in enterprise CMS systems.
  • Experience with enterprise web content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred) and a demonstrated ability to leverage customer insights to drive product roadmap and design.
  • Aptitude for collaborating with and talking to technical and creative partners, including IT, Design, Operations, etc., and experience leading project teams.
  • Mentoring, training, and directly managing sizeable teams, with recognition for communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and leading teams that deliver high-quality and high-impact results.

Compensation

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554
