Position: Training & Development Specialist
Position OverviewThe Training & Development Specialist at Aramco Services Company is integral to our mission of fostering a skilled workforce through effective talent management, performance optimization, and leadership development. We seek a dedicated professional who is committed to enhancing employee capabilities and career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute talent management strategies, succession planning, and performance enhancement initiatives.
- Work in partnership with HR and organizational leaders to ensure alignment of development programs with business goals.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and utilize data analytics to drive improvements.
- Facilitate a variety of training sessions and evaluations for essential personnel.
- Oversee learning management systems to provide comprehensive support for staff development.
- Conduct thorough research and offer insights on developmental programs.
- Collaborate with external partners to present a wide array of educational opportunities.
- Manage employee educational reimbursement initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in learning and talent development.
- Proven track record in deploying development initiatives and influencing executive management.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to navigate change and manage complex tasks effectively.
