Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with store managers and key customer decision makers to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure sales expectations are met while delivering high-quality customer service to various customer accounts.
  • Travel and Presentations: Travel to customers and potential customers' facilities to provide information and support to secure and maintain business.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Establish and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and pricing structure to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage Leads and Prospects: Manage assigned company-generated leads and complete scheduled and in-person prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with key decision makers.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate weekly with Division Sales Manager on sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
  • Identify Service Strengths and Opportunities: Periodically visit stores to identify service strengths and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet Sales and Service Commitments: Follow through on agreed-upon sales/service commitments to exceed store management expectations.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, store managers, and internal teams to drive sales growth and resolve issues.
  • Results-Driven and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients.
  • Knowledge of Basic Computer Functions: Ability to use basic computer functions, including downloading documents, email, internet, and Microsoft Word.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR Record: Must have a valid driver's license, full coverage auto insurance, and a clean MVR record.
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred: Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
