Sales and Profit Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team at INCPG. This role will be responsible for representing our company's products across all brands for the Dallas and Houston markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer organization.
- Provide leadership and direction for all assigned customer activities, serving as a liaison between the customer team and sales operations organization.
- Develop and present business plans to attain sustainable growth and achieve true profits.
- Conduct business reviews with assigned customers to discuss sales performance, market trends, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with the customer planning team to create annual customer budgets and manage overall customer spend.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales performance and profitability.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- 5-7 years of experience in customer relations or sales, preferably in the CPG/DSD industry.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead and influence others.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as SharePoint and Outlook.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus.
- Travel required 50% or as needed across the country.
