Executive Director of Sales and Business Development

TH BENDER is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our sales efforts in North America. As a key member of our international leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing all aspects of our operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the mining and construction industries.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with international executive management to align regional strategies with global objectives.
- Manage the P&L for the US subsidiary, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds targets.
- Represent TH BENDER at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs, promoting our brand and products.
- Proven track record of sales leadership and business development in the heavy equipment industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the mining and construction industries, with a focus on key players and decision-makers.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, with a focus on sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
