Job Summary

Streamland Media LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business divisions and driving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to business division leaders and managing directors, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Partner with the HR Director to address employee concerns, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and conduct thorough investigations as necessary.
  • Coach managers and employees on performance improvement, development plans, and disciplinary steps when applicable.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Support and communicate effectively with managers and employees about change management initiatives.
  • Partner with the recruitment team to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the entertainment or post-production industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting a represented workforce is a plus.
