About the Role

Fanatics is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our fans receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Language: Fluency in English required; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
