About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Services Administrative Assistant to join our team at Community Partners, Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our developmental services programs.

Your primary responsibilities will include refining client records, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to our team. With a focus on precision and professionalism, you will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine client records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and team members
  • Provide administrative support to the development services team, including document preparation and phone support
  • Utilize technology to perform job requirements and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Human Service experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
  • Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
