About the Role:

Community Partners, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Services Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across our various programs, including CPS, Residential, TRTP, Nursing, and Supported Employment.

Your primary focus will be on refining client records, coordinating vital meetings, and providing top-notch administrative support to our clients and colleagues. With an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure every administrative note, from document notarization to phone support, meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine client records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and colleagues
  • Provide administrative support, including document notarization and phone support
  • Utilize technology to perform job requirements
  • Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Human Service experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
