Job Description
This is a full-time/hybrid role located in Solana Beach, CA, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks such as drafting meeting agendas, taking meeting notes, formatting documents, data entry, and managing the company's website and social media presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 1-2 years of administrative experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time-management and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines. Strong Excel skills, particularly VLookup, Pivot Tables, graphs/charts, and PowerPoint skills, including charts and thinkcell, are essential. You must also have self-directed, detail-oriented and proactive approach with good organizational skills.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on experience. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
