City Wide Facility Solutions is in search of a dedicated 2nd Shift Facilities Manager.
The Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence of various facilities, enhancing client satisfaction, and effectively collaborating with Independent Contractors (IC). This position requires the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team across diverse environments, including industrial, commercial, healthcare, and retail settings. The Facilities Manager must demonstrate sound judgment in addressing client concerns and engaging others to fulfill client requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture effective working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and in-house personnel by articulating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
- Assess the scope of work and guarantee quality assurance for each account to sustain existing business and attract new clients.
- Engage with the Facility Services Manager daily to address urgent matters, including providing a nightly summary via email or phone.
- Recommend work assignments for IC, ensuring adherence to client standards and company policies, and take action if service level agreements are not met.
- Oversee inspections, manage customer feedback, handle requests, and ensure special attention for VIP clients.
- Implement City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, including the appropriate use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
Salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 plus bonus opportunities.
