Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Prior managerial experience is required, along with the flexibility to work any shift. This is a 24-hour operation.

Oversee a diverse team of 8 to 15 members, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.

Recruitment and Development:
Hire and nurture customer-focused team members, assisting in their career advancement.

Safety and Motivation:
Create a safe environment for both customers and staff while promoting team development.

Sales Enhancement:
Drive sales across all shifts, ensuring high store standards.

Store Oversight:
Ensure the store aligns with our brand image and is stocked with fresh merchandise.

Expense Management:
Utilize proactive strategies to manage store expenses effectively.

Sales Initiatives:
Implement and manage all company sales programs.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older for certain states / 21 years for others.

Experience in Retail and/or Food Management.

Willingness to work any shift as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Occasional travel for regional and district meetings may be necessary.

Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle are required.

Customer-focused mindset.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for specific locations).
