Role Overview
The Boutique Operations Leader is a key member of our leadership team, overseeing all facets of boutique management, including customer engagement, team development, and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
• Foster a sales-driven culture that empowers a confident and engaged team dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Leadership
• Drive sales performance by analyzing metrics and identifying areas for improvement through effective floor leadership and ongoing coaching.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor tasks while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of open communication and teamwork, ensuring vital information is shared across all team levels.
• Provide constructive feedback that inspires and motivates team members.
• Serve as a liaison between the boutique team, field, and corporate partners.

Talent Development
• Attract, recruit, onboard, and nurture a high-performing and diverse team.
• Prepare team members for future roles by building their skills and capabilities.
• Coach and train staff to cultivate behaviors that lead to success.
• Manage performance consistently and fairly, fostering trusting relationships with team members.

Operations & Visual Presentation
• Ensure operational excellence by managing daily boutique functions, budgets, and inventory while adhering to company policies.
• Understand business drivers to maximize profitability and maintain visual and operational standards.
• Create schedules that enhance service levels and sales potential while adhering to payroll budgets.

Position Requirements
• Several years of experience in a leadership role within a specialty retail environment

Physical Requirements
