Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide inspirational feedback and coaching to team members to foster a motivated and productive work environment.
  • Craft employee schedules to ensure seamless store operations and optimal customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking, to maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Assist with key financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for all other states)
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle
  • Liability insurance on such vehicle
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
