Job Overview

The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the retail establishment while upholding the highest ethical standards. This role also encompasses staffing and scheduling to align with business needs, as well as contributing to the development of local marketing strategies. A successful Store Manager will exhibit strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities—both written and verbal—a coaching approach to development, and execute all duties with urgency and intentionality.

Requirements
  1. Minimum of two years of experience in Retail Store Management or three years in a related management role.

  3. Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
  4. Proficient in various computer systems/software, including Point of Sale, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
