Position Overview

This role is situated within the Department of Rehabilitation.

Under the general oversight of the Team Manager and Staff Services Manager I, the Service Coordination Analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive analytical support in the planning, organization, coordination, and monitoring of vocational rehabilitation services. These services are designed to empower consumers to secure employment, achieve independence, and enjoy equal opportunities within their communities.

The Remote Services Unit plays a pivotal role in the execution of the Federal Title I Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program. This program assists qualified individuals in reaching their employment aspirations through various means, including training, assistive technology, supported employment, and job placement assistance.

As a Service Coordination Analyst, you will engage in eligibility assessments for service applicants and facilitate post-employment support for individuals who successfully obtain employment through Department of Rehabilitation services. The role requires providing services to clients in a hybrid model, combining both remote and in-person interactions. Clients may be located throughout the state, and support may extend beyond standard office hours, including weekends. Flexibility in scheduling is a key aspect of this position, and some travel may be necessary.

Work Environment

  • This position may offer a hybrid telework option following the completion of the probationary period, with the requirement to report to the office as necessary.
