Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate the check-out process for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel patrons.
  • Modify and cancel reservations as needed.
  • Introduce guests to in-room amenities upon arrival.
  • Inform guests about hotel facilities during check-in.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area.
  • Interact with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel’s computer system.
  • Assist with both same-day and future reservations.
  • Attend monthly meetings with front desk and guest services staff.
  • Issue room keys and provide essential information regarding hotel services and room locations.
  • Register guests and assign rooms efficiently.
  • Coordinate with guest service personnel for room escorting when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $15.00 to $17.00
