Job Summary

This position is located in a county setting. Under the general supervision of the Team Manager, Staff Services Manager I, the Staff Services Analyst, Service Coordinator (SC) provides a variety of analytical support related to planning, arranging, coordinating and monitoring the vocational rehabilitation services available to consumers to enable them to become employed, live independently, and have equality in the communities in which they live and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides analytical support related to planning, arranging, coordinating and monitoring the vocational rehabilitation services available to consumers.
  • Coordinates and monitors the services provided to consumers to ensure they meet their employment goals.
  • Conducts eligibility determinations for applicants for services and directs post-employment services for individuals who find jobs as a result of Department of Rehabilitation services.
  • Provides services to consumers of the Department of Rehabilitation in a hybrid format, inclusive of providing direct services both remotely and in person.
  • May be required to work under a flexible schedule and may be required to travel for this position.
Working Conditions

This position may be eligible for a hybrid telework option upon completion of the probationary period and will be required to report to the office as needed/required.
