Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

Join ePac Flexible Packaging, a global leader in flexible packaging solutions, as a Regional Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging our digital flexible packaging solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate sales performance tracking.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
