- Team Leadership: Assist less experienced Account Executives with complex client issues and assume a team lead role as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health insurance field with supervisory responsibilities.
- Skills: Strong consulting, presentation, negotiation, and selling skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Licensure: Must obtain a NYS Health/Life Agents license within 60 days of employment.
