Job Title: Account Sales and CRM Representative

At Liberty Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales and CRM Representative to join our Telecom Department. This role is responsible for maintaining all aspects of account management and providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless account management and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Advertising Sales, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Offer service upgrades and renewals to clients, while confidently overturning objections and closing sales.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and the Marketing team to ensure all marketing and sales elements are properly booked and executed.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities for new services and marketing promotions.
Requirements:
  • Must be willing to work in New York City.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Client Service and/or Account Management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and responsive, with strong quantitative reasoning skills.
