About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Merchandising Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with store associates and management through daily communication.
  • Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain high-quality work and accuracy in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Stay knowledgeable about company policies and communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalency certification.
  • Experience with electronics and technical products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $17.75 per hour, as well as access to benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
