Regional Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the General Manager, the Regional Sales Executive is accountable for meeting revenue targets for a designated area. This role involves generating sales through networking with influential groups and building relationships with key referral sources, making cold calls, and participating in industry conferences. The position requires outreach in both healthcare and non-healthcare settings. Regular reporting of results to the supervisor on a weekly basis is essential, including discussions on successes, opportunities, and updates to the Marketing/Networking/Business Plan.

Qualifications:
  • Education equivalent to a four-year degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of two years of demonstrated success and increasing responsibility in sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Background checks, including DHS and Motor Vehicle Clearance, along with a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
  • Strong preference for candidates with healthcare knowledge and established relationships.
Essential Functions:
  • Meet new revenue goals for the assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new business to enhance overall market share. Target clients include hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, banks, and funeral homes.
  • Conduct all phases of sales activities for the assigned territory, including cold calls, follow-ups, client needs analysis, service presentations, and maintaining existing customer accounts.
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 client visits weekly.
  • Develop and actively utilize a networking plan as a working tool, revisiting it as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities in a CRM system.
  • Participate in all scheduled regular meetings.
  • Monitor competitive activities and trends within the territory.
