Job Overview

Gustave A. Larson Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer and dealer relationships within an assigned territory and account list to ensure customer satisfaction with service and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service expertise and support to pricing, quoting, credit terms, and orders.
  • Present and execute national sales programs and initiatives to drive new business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute business growth plans, schedule dealer support events, and coordinate joint sales calls.
  • Ensure compliance with all company functions, state, and federal laws and guidelines.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the HVAC/R industry, with a focus on residential systems.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC/R contracting business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
