Senior Sales Executive

About the Role
Tiro Partners Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to spearhead sales growth and drive business expansion in the ClimateTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with contractors, developers, and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Engage with homeowners to promote and sell innovative products.
- Build connections with architects, owner's representatives, and general contractors to advocate for the use of solutions in construction projects.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to different customer segments.
- Systemize the sales outreach process, leveraging automation where possible.
- Market Expansion:
- Expand the company's footprint in South Florida and nearby counties by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction and coastal property development sectors.
- Sales System Development:
- Develop scalable sales systems that can be replicated in other markets.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure the sales process is efficient and automated.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
Requirements
- A background/degree in Civil or Structural Engineering OR have been in the industry long enough to know the language that Engineers speak.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining business relationships in the construction sector.
- Experience with developing and implementing sales systems and processes.
