Role

They need a dynamic, ambitious, and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, building and maintaining key relationships, and developing scalable sales systems.


This candidate MUST have a background/degree in Civil or Structural Engineering OR have been in the industry long enough to know the language that Engineers speak. If you don't have this, I am afraid we can't consider you.

Responsibilities


  • Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Engage with homeowners to promote and sell their innovative products.
  • Build connections with architects, owner's representatives, and general contractors to advocate for the use of solutions in construction projects.


  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to different customer segments.
  • Systemize the sales outreach process, leveraging automation where possible.


  • Market Expansion:
  • Expand the company's footprint in South Florida and nearby counties by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction and coastal property development sectors.


  • Sales System Development:
  • Design and implement scalable sales systems that can be replicated in other markets.
  • Work closely with the tech team to ensure the sales process is efficient and automated.


  • Reporting and Performance Tracking:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.


Experience Needed


  • A background/degree in Civil or Structural Engineering OR have been in the industry long enough to know the language that Engineers speak
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining business relationships in the construction sector.
  • Experience with developing and implementing sales systems and processes.
