Executive Chef Assistant

Nusr-Et Holdings USA LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional food service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses, achieving or improving projected profitability.
- Ensure that all food items are stored and prepared according to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
