Partner Growth Specialist

WITHIN is a Performance Branding company that partners with leading brands to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a New Business Acquisition Expert to join our team and contribute to our success.
In this role, you will identify new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with MarTech, AdTech, and referral partners. You will work closely with the marketing and account teams to drive value back to our partners and achieve monthly new business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and source new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Partnership Management: Onboard, build, and maintain relationships with referral partners as a key point of contact for all inquiries and enablement activities.
- Event Support: Collaborate with marketing to support the planning and execution of events such as industry conferences, networking dinners, brand summits, and joint webinars with partners.
