Partner Growth Manager

Our Client Retention Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the sustained success and growth of our customers and partners. As a key member of our North America team, you will lead the region's end-to-end customer journey strategy and execution, overseeing a portfolio of customers and partners simultaneously. This hybrid role encompasses vital responsibilities, including strategic consultation, business acumen, and portfolio management, which will enable you to harmonize customer success initiatives within our organizational framework.
To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success Management/Partners Success Management. You must have a proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders, negotiating solutions, and collaborating with developers, engineers, and product managers to meet customer requirements. Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, along with excellent technical project management skills, are crucial for this position. Additionally, you must be able to think strategically and execute plans effectively while building long-term relationships with customers.
