Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Group Protection Sales team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with groups in the assigned territory to meet or exceed established sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments/trends for assigned territory and products
- Collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
- Provide education, information, training, and advice on Lincoln's products and services to assigned advisors, registered representatives, brokers, and/or plan sponsors/participants
- Build and maintain business relationships through effective communication with internal/external stakeholders in a customer-centric and professional demeanor
- Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality
- 7+ years of experience in intermediary sales that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Licenses required upon hire
