Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to join our team at NorthPoint Search Group Inc. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting activities, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, expense report audit and processing, account reconciliations, and month-end close and financial report preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports to stakeholders, including management and external parties.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
  • Expense Report Audit and Processing: Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Month-End Close and Financial Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports, including balance sheet and income statement.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a business environment.
  • Skills: Proficient with accounting software programs and MS Office Suite.
