Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports to management and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters, including cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and expense management.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Expense Report Audit/Processing: Audit and process expense reports, including verifying expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Account Reconciliations: Reconcile company accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Month-end Close and Financial Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Sales and Property Tax Return Preparation/Filing: Prepare and file sales and property tax returns, including ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist CPA with Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Preparation/Filings: Assist the CPA with the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual income tax returns, including ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a business environment.
  • Skills: Proficient with accounting software programs and MS Office Suite.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience, as well as a 401(k) plan with match, PTO, and a great working environment.
