Key Responsibilities
  • Build lasting relationships to establish a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist clients in choosing the right vehicle by engaging in meaningful conversations.
  • Enhance your knowledge of products and sales strategies to become a trusted vehicle authority.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Develop skills to effectively address customer objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding sales goals, planned initiatives, and performance evaluations.
  • Bring a positive mindset and a strong work ethic to the workplace each day.
Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
  • Eager to learn and master product details.
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
