Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel efficiency.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move around the hotel as needed.
