Guest Services Representative

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests during their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming guests and responding to their inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Providing information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
