Job Summary

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests during their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and responding to their inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Managing front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Providing information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
