Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. This role entails selling and introducing our company to both new and established clients, as well as coordinating with our operations and outside sales teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand our customer database by capturing accurate and complete information in our customer relationship management system.
  • Attend sales group meetings to stay informed and aligned with our sales strategy.
  • Quoting and handling order execution from acceptance to completion, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Communicate with customers regarding current market information and capture feedback to improve our services.
  • Establish and maintain credible relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly for new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our outside sales team to build a pipeline of opportunities and close sales.
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospect new customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
  • Utilize our CRM software to track important customer interactions and provide insights to our management team.
  • Support our company's quality system and adhere to our policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in Inside Sales.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient level of computer skills, including typing, number key, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
